I am a 50+ man who has led a full and rich life personally, relationships, my children, business, food, health and fitness.

Due to circumstances that affect my physical health directly, I have hit a road block in my journey over the last several years and to be honest have had enough of it and have decided to take my life back.

I have a good mind and tend to absorb knowledge on mass and have a unique talent for simplifying complex issues into a much easier condensed understanding.

Over the years I have enjoyed helping many peoples from all walks of life and age groups, with many things from poker and gaming to physical and mental issues.

I have decided while I am getting my life back physically, financially and mentally I may as well share it all and hopefully help others in the same or similar boat.
